General information

The Green Box (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) sets out the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data when using websites managed by The Green Box (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller). The terms and conditions set out by the Data Controller apply each time you access the content and/or service provided by The Green Box, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.

Data about the Green Box, as the data controller, is collected and stored at the Vilnius branch of the State Enterprise Registers Centre.
It is very important that you read the TOS carefully, as each time you visit the Site or social media accounts, you agree to the terms described in these TOS. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not visit the Site/social media accounts, use the content and/or services.
The Green Box confirms that the data of visitors to websites and social media accounts is collected in accordance with the requirements of applicable European Union and Lithuanian legislation. All reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect the collected data from loss, unauthorized use and alteration.

Individuals under the age of 16 may not provide any personal data for marketing activities through the Green Box website and social media accounts. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before providing personal information for marketing purposes.
The terms used in the Rules shall be understood as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (EU).

What information do we collect about you? How do we use it?
We collect information that you provide directly.
The Green Box website www.zaliojideze.lt and social media accounts provide you with the opportunity to provide information directly to the Data Controller.
For example, the website may ask you to provide certain information (email address) if you wish to receive news. You can choose not to provide this information, but in this case you may not be allowed to subscribe to the newsletter.

To whom do we disclose your information?
The Green Box may disclose your information:

  • when required by law or necessary to protect the services provided;

  • to confirm the legality of actions;

  • in order to protect the interests of the Green Box as a data controller;

  • in other cases with your consent or at your legitimate request.


What do we do to protect your information?
Appropriate physical, organizational and technical measures are in place to protect the information collected for the purpose of providing the content/services. However, no website or internet connection is completely secure.

You, as a data subject, have the right to:

  • to be aware of the processing of your data;

  • to get acquainted with your data and how it is processed;

  • to request correction or completion of incomplete data;

  • request the destruction of data or suspension of its processing;

  • request restriction of data processing;

  • take advantage of data portability;

  • object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent at any time.

The Green Box website or social media accounts may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under the control of the Data Controller. The Green Box is not responsible for their security and privacy. Please read their privacy policies before using them.

Final provisions
These PTs are reviewed at least once every two years. When the PTs are updated, visitors are informed by posting a notice on the website or social media accounts. The latest version of the PT is always available on the website www.zaliojideze.lt
